Refund & Cancellation Policy

Turn Up Your Life Motivation, LLC is committed to clearly communicating the financial terms associated with our products, coaching services, programs, events, and trainings.

Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing for a particular offer, the following policy applies.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale once delivered or access has been provided.

This includes downloadable guides, workbooks, templates, recordings, digital resources, courses, and similar electronically delivered products.

Digital purchases are non-refundable because they cannot be physically returned after delivery or access.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a product you purchased, please contact us for assistance.

Coaching Sessions and Appointments

Coaching, strategy, consulting, VIP sessions, and similar appointments reserve dedicated time on our calendar.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at our sole discretion.

Group Coaching Programs, Intensives, Courses, Workshops, and Trainings

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

This applies to group coaching programs, intensives, courses, workshops, trainings, and similar educational experiences unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise.

Failure to attend, participate, access materials, complete assignments, or finish a program does not create eligibility for a refund.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are payment arrangements for the total purchase price.

They are not month-to-month subscriptions unless specifically advertised as such.

Selecting a payment plan represents a commitment to make all scheduled payments.

Stopping participation in a program does not cancel remaining payment obligations.

Memberships and Subscriptions

If a product is specifically sold as a recurring membership or subscription, cancellation instructions and billing terms will be provided through the applicable offer or payment platform.

Cancellation will stop eligible future charges but generally will not create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Events

Ticket purchases and registrations for live or virtual events are generally final unless otherwise stated on the applicable event page.

Any event-specific cancellation, transfer, or refund terms displayed during registration will govern that event.

If Turn Up Your Life Motivation, LLC cancels an event, program, appointment, or service and does not provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled date, transfer, credit, or alternative service, affected customers will be notified regarding available options.
